Care Instructions

We only print the products after the order has been received. Because of this, it still smells of rubber, fabric and printer ink 6-8 hours after unpacking.
Our products undergo quality control before each shipment. The pads are ventilated after printing and pulled through a "venting channel" again.

Nevertheless, we cannot completely avoid a slight smell in the first few hours.

Mousepads
The easiest way to clean your mouse pad is to wipe it with a damp cloth. Please do not use harsh bleach as this can damage the print. Another option is to hand wash it in the shower or bath.
However, if it is heavily soiled, you should put it in the washing machine.

We recommend a short gentle wash cycle at a maximum of 30°. To avoid creases, please lay the pad flat to dry afterwards.

ATTENTION! We are not liable for damage to the mouse pad!

Arm sleeve
We recommend hand washing in the shower or bathtub.
However, if it is very dirty, you should put it in the washing machine.

We recommend a short gentle wash cycle with a maximum of 30°.

Floor Mat
Regular vacuuming prevents dirt particles from penetrating deeper into the pile and becoming more difficult to remove. Dab or soak up liquids with absorbent cloths and vacuum up loose dirt.

PRODUCTS

Due to the high fiber density and the exclusively woven fabric surface, the mouse pad offers excellent mouse tracking for all tested laser and optical sensors.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer special sizes for mouse pads with a minimum order quantity of 1 piece. For larger quantities, a special size is possible.

Our classic black chaining frames your design very clearly. With the transparent chaining, there is the possibility of printing the mouse pad on the edge and thus showing your design completely.

The products are manufactured and prepared in fair and certified production facilities in the Far East. The blanks are then printed, sewn and packed with love in Hamburg.

We manufacture the custom products especially for you and print the uploaded motif 1 to 1. For this reason we cannot take them back unless we made a mistake during printing. Please contact us using the contact form.

shipping

We usually print your ordered product within 2-5 working days.

After 2-5 working days we will hand over your order to DPD or DHL. As a rule, your package will be delivered here within 3 days. We will send you the tracking number as soon as we receive it. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any delays in shipping.

Your product will be shipped within Germany with DPD, otherwise with DHL.

The shipping costs are €4.99 within Germany, €9.99 to other EU countries and €16.99 to Switzerland.

You will receive the tracking number by email as soon as your order has been handed over to the shipping service provider.

Your order may be subject to taxes, duties and/or fees (including for customs clearance) imposed by the country of destination. For more information on this, please contact the customs authority in the country to which the shipment is being shipped.
